A great way for homeowners to improve and save energy is by upgrading the windows in their homes, especially if they are old. The consumer should check with their CPA to see if there are tax benefits or rebates with their electric company on getting this work performed. Anything to reduce to dependency on foreign oil is helpful and can save money in the long run.
